Sonakshi Sinha feels, Being perfect is dull
Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha says being perfect is dull and she would rather want to grow with every film than trying hard to be sound in one. Aamir Khan the perfectionist ,the tag given to him is due to his nature of having everything right even for his roles he does a lot of research and the same for shoots.
But the new actress on the block Sonakshi Sinha who has received a lot of acclaim within a small period of her career begs to differ.
Sonakshi, who is renowned for the hit films like Noisy Rathore and Dabangg, said at the music launch of her film Lootera: “I am far from perfect. I regard perfect as dull,” she said.
The film has been directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and stars Sonakshi and Ranveer Singh. “Vikramaditya Motwane has done a fantastic job of directing the film and brought out the right emotions,” she said.
The actress also added that when she was narrated the script, she could not reckon of anyone else who could do the part. “Usually I can depiction other actresses when I am being narrated the script. Here I could only depiction myself. I felt that the role was on paper for me. I knew that this would be the most challenging film for me,” she said.
Talking about preparation for her role, the actress said that she by no means really prepares for her characters. “I don’t really prepare for my roles. I can’t act unless I am in adjoin of the camera. My character goes through a lot of ups and downs and the best preparation was to talk to my director and know the character,” she said.
Sonakshi also added that director Vikramaditya Motwane has been the best director she has worked with yet.”I follow a uncommon philosophy’I’m far from being perfect. Being perfect is dull. It’s the imperfections that draw your attention. I don’t do any research. I cannot switch on until the camera turns on.”
